Konkani poet and writer Nayana Adarkar’s two books – Batmogri and Kantekuwar, published by Mitra Samaj Prakashan saw the light of the day on October 12 in an informal ceremony at the Fomento Media office in the presence of Damodar Ghanekar, editor, Bhaangarbhuim and Sanjay Dhavalikar, editor, Goan Varta. Both the books are based on the day to day experiences that a person, especially women, have to face. Adding some wit to the daily grinds, Batmogri is based on humorous moments in life.
