Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort is organizing a Vegan Burger Festival from January 25-31 from 12 noon to 11 pm where the burger looks, cooks, and tastes like a buff patty. The patrons can select the flavor and toppings to create their own vegan burger.
Around the world, consumers are becoming more open to plant-based diet like the beyond burger for their health, the animals, and for the environment. The resort is set to squash the myth that vegan diets are boring, by making the burger with plant based ingredients instead of animal meat. There are combo offers too.
