Representing the State, Our Lady of Mount Carmel High School, Arambol opened their campaign with a 2-0 win over the home side, Air Force School, New Delhi in their opening Pool D fixture of the Subroto Cup international football tournament U-14 Sub Junior Boys in New Delhi on Wednesday.
Our Lady Mount Carmel School scored their goals in the first session through Reniel D’Mello and Sanford in the fourth and 18th minute respectively.
In another Pool D match, defending champions Unique Model Academy, Manipur registered a convincing 4-0 win against Ashokenagar Boys Secondary School (HS), West Bengal. S Annaroy scored a brace with goals in the 37th and 44th minutes to help his team win the match with ease.
