This White Paper is more of a guide which is aimed at informing readers, concisely about the complex issue of livelihoods, income, sources of income and quality of life, in the backdrop of Goa experiencing a big change in the economics of dominant sectors – mining, tourism and hospitality and others” said Charudutta Panigrahi, Mentor, GLF.
