The Goa Pradesh congress committee has approved North Goa District Congress Committee under the Presidentship of Vijay Bhike.
Besides president there are around 12 vice-presidents, 12 General secretaries, 18 secretaries, 18 executive members in the committee and Shripad Dhond is a media incharge.
Chandan Mandrekar (Siolim), Prabhakar ( Sanjeev) Prabhakar Naik (Porvorim), Nilesh Gomes (Cumbarjua), Adv. Wilber Menezes (Saligao), Jose Mario D’souza (Joe Rose) (Aldona), Siddesh Arobekar (Panaji), Minguel Fernandes (Mandrem), Virendra Shirodkar (Saligao), Siddhart Mayekar (Tivim ), Gautam Shivdas Mandrekar (Mayem), Romaldo Fernandes (Siolim) ), Riaz Khan (Sanquelim) are vice- presidents of North Goa committee of the party.
Sachin Parab (General secretary), Ashwin Khalap (secretary) are the sons of two former ministers of congress which figured in new district committee approved by Goa Pradesh Congress committee.
