20-year-old Salcete musician dies in mishap at Gogol

Tragedy struck a group of young musicians from Salcete after their vehicle met with an accident at Gogol in the wee hours of Sunday, killing 20-year-old Bryce Joao Fernandes, a resident of Colva.
Three other occupants of the ill-fated Accent car sustained injuries and have been shifted to the hospital.
Fatorda police station in-charge PI Navlesh Desai informed that while Bryce, who was driving the car died in the accident, Clinton Pacelli Martins (25), resident of Varca and Neuman Thomas Pereira (20), a resident of Colva are undergoing treatment at the Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim with critical injuries. The fourth occupant of the car, Joshua Vaz, aged 19 years, a resident of Rawanfond, is admitted in Hospicio hospital.
PI Navlesh informed that the foursome were returning home after playing music at Vagator when their car rammed against a tree in a self accident at Munjvihar, Gogol. He said the car was heading towards Rawanfond to drop home one of the
occupants of the car.
