40 shops build illegally on nallah to be demolished
The Mapusa Muncipal Council has undertaken a demolition drive to knock down 40 shops illegally erected over a nallah at Mapusa market.
The MMC officials began this demolition drive on Wednesday which is expected to continue for three consecutive days. The drive is undertaken with police protection at site to avoid unexpected incidences.
