Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) will be rolling out two mega events, Grape Escapade and Goa Vintage Car and Bike Festival from this week, a double treat in the second fortnight of April 2018.
Grape Escapade will be held from April 19-22 at Bandodkar Ground, Campal and the Goa Vintage Car and Bike Festival will be organized on April 29 at the Inox Courtyard, Panaji.
The 14th edition of the Grape Escapade will be a four-day event and is expected to draw lakhs of tourists in view of the ongoing summer vacations.
Over the years, Grape Escapade has provided a platform for local entrepreneurs to share expertise, display products, engage in B2B, and offers tourists and Goans an opportunity to savour flavours from the vineyard, taste Goan food and experience Goa’s traditions and culture.
On the other hand, Goa Vintage Car and Bike Festival will have various vintage bike and car owners, users, collectors and fans parade their prized possessions around the capital city of Panaji.
The vintage bike and car rally will begin from Inox courtyard and go up to Miramar Circle and then proceed to Divja circle before heading back to Inox Courtyard where the vehicles will be on display till 6 pm.
This will be followed by a function to award prizes and certificates for various categories of vintage vehicles.
A fashion show and various other entertainment programs have been lined-up for the evening to engage the audience and make this event a memorable one.
