PANAJI: Noted valuer and former past Chairman of Institution Of Valuers (IOV), Goa Branch, Mahendra Kakule from Margao was recently presented with the "Life Time Award" by the Institution of Valuers at Nagpur.
He is the recipient of ‘Valuers Excellence Award' for the year 2017, which is a life time achievement award by Institution of Valuers for contribution to the field of valuation.
Associated in the field of construction, consultancy and valuation for 33 years, Kakule is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of Institution Valuers, a Member of Indian Council Of Arbitration and presently heads the Research and Development Committee of IOV, India.
A civil engineer from the College of Engineering (University of Bombay) in 1984, Kakule is presently central council member of IOV, India.
Kakule is a well-known speaker on valuation in the country and has presented papers at various seminars in Goa, Kolkata, Madurai, Trichy, Hubli, Mysore, Chennai, Amritsar, Pune, Indore, Bengaluru, Mangalore, Coimbatore, Puducherry, etc.
