The Town and Country Planning Board which met on Thursday decided to send all Outline Development Plans back to respective PDAs after the operation of yet another ODP -- the Calangute Candolim ODP has been stayed by Bombay High
Court at Goa.

"We've taken heed of the fact that there have been lacunae in the process of formulation of ODP. So we've decided to send the ODPs back to PDAs and to ensure that all procedures are followed properly. All ODPs, Margao is already been sent back, will be directed to do the proper procedures," Sardesai said.
He said the decision was taken paying heed to the sentiments expressed by the Bombay High Court at Goa as well as to ensure that all proper procedures are followed in the drafting of ODPs.
