PANAJI: Dr R G Wiseman Pinto, Professor and Head of Department of Pathology, Goa Medical College, Bambolim, President South Asian Academy of Cytopathology and Histopathology and Past President Indian Academy of Cytologists was invited as a Faculty for International Conferences in Russia namely IIIrd Russian Conference of Laboratory Medicine in Moscow, Russia, between 11-13 October 2017. He delivered a lecture on Ultrasound and CT guided biopsies in the session Clinical Cytology as a Science and Art.
He was also invited as a Faculty for an International CME in Cytology at P.A. Herzen Moscow Oncology Research Institute, Moscow, Russia on the October 13, 2017. Dr. Pinto was the only Indian Pathologist to be invited for these International Conferences.
