Tilamol United made a stunning comeback after going 3-0 down to beat Sporting Club of Davorlim 7-5 via the tie-breaker to move into the quarter-finals of the 36th Sao Jose de Areal Panchyat Cup on Monday.

Sporting Club of Davorlim took the lead in the 37th minute through Joe Gomes. After resumption, Ashikesh Shetty doubled the lead in the 57th minute for Sporting Club of Davorlim. Mark Borges made it 3-0 in the 59th minute.
After taking a 3-0 cushion, Sporting Club of Davorlim slackened their pace and allowed their opponents to launch a barrage of attacks. Melvin Carvalho reduced the deficit in the 67th minute and, two minutes later, Melvin added another to make it 2-3. Tilamol United lads went all out and Allwyn Faria equalised. Tilamol United had the last laugh in the
penalty shootout.
