A couple of weeks since the Nigerian Embassy through the Union Ministry of External Affairs requested Goa Government to investigate the bribery charges levelled by a Nigerian national Ebony Ibe Chuks against Superintendent of Police (ATS) and IPS officer Devesh Mahla, Chuks has now expressed fear of threat to his life.
In a complaint submitted to Panaji Police on September 15, Chuks, who has accused SP Mahla of demanding and accepting bribe has voiced the fear that the police might plant drugs on him and arrest

In July, Chuks lodges a complaint accusing SP Mahla of accepting a bribe of Rs one lakh
Taking a note, the Nigerian embassy forwards a request to the Goa Police to investigate
