Sitting CM will lose elections again: Congress

Says Parrikar forced three elections in five years on Panaji

First time in the history of Goa that a sitting Chief Minister lost elections and the same will be repeated at Panaji by-poll, Congress claimed on Saturday. The party has blamed the BJP and Parrikar for forcing three elections within a period of five years on the people of Panaji. Congress further added that Parrikar has failed in solving issues of Panaji city.
