The members of a fact-finding committee of the Archdiocese of Goa and other organisations visited the Guardian Angel Church cemetery at Curchorem and inspected the damaged crosses, gravestones and niches on Friday.
the goan I networkrQUEPEMrrThe Council for Social Justice and Peace secretary Fr Savio Fernandes along with other members visited and inspected the damaged crosses, gravestones and niches. rThey also spoke to the parishioners and explained the purpose of their visit. rFr Fernandes told the parishioners that the team will visit all the places where desecration took place in the State and then informed the public after preparing a detailed rreport. rParish priest Fr Vithal Miranda and assistant parish priest Fr Ronaldo Fernandes were also present during the inspection.
