This is a success story of a middle-class village boy from Bandora who carved a niche for himself in IT and became the brain behind a small start-up registered from home that grew as a leading web designing and developing company in less than two years to cater to global clients. It was a humble beginning for Third Eye Technologies that kick-started in October 2015 as a registered start-up from home with only one person running the show single-handed. Shedding the middle-class mentality of opting for a 9-5 job, he dreamt big. He wanted to go for a start-up and create job opportunities for others as well. With no capital in his pocket, this post-graduate in computer applications had to accept challenging job works to collect the necessary funding before he could go for a permanent venue as he detested loan liability. But in the long run, hard work pays. rCome June 2017 and Third Eye Technologies spread wings to conquer the world from a spacious, well-furnished office in Ponda with a team of six experienced IT technicians. As a full-fledged IT company it has now opened its doors for aspiring youth, assuring them a promising future. “Come and join hands, let’s grow together,” appeals Rohir Rohidas Naik, founder and CEO, Third Eye Technologies to Goan youth. rEmployments are open from July onwards at Third Eye Technologies. Waiting for GST reports clarification and other GST related inputs, he announces, “As soon as the formalities are complete, Third Eye Technologies will be launching Vardaan ERP 1.0 Billing Software compatible with GST.” rRohir enjoys learning new technologies. “I love to code and practice with new internet of things,” he admits. Offering web designing and development, search engine optimisation, web services, mobile apps development and domain registration, his web hosting company is dedicated to personal service, globally. “By tailoring our expertise in web development and graphic designing to your individual needs, we feel it is important to take the time to assess your particular requirements in order to offer what we feel is the best solution for your business’ internet presence,” he elaborates. A talented youth from Bandora, Rohir enjoys doing multi-tasking. Setting up websites for clients, offering web based software, inventing mobile apps and providing IT solutions are only few of the many skills Rohir possesses. Third Eye Technologies is active in web designing and development, search engine optimisation, web services and mobile apps development field. Within a year-and-a-half their client base in Goa and India has widened and Rohir now caters to foreign clients. rA full service web design and web-based software development company - Third Eye Technologies, deals with global clients. “With our base in Ponda, we offer web services globally and deliver creative and effective results. My clients are from India, UK, USA, Canada and Germany. We interact online, through mails, skype etc and our business works mainly on trust,” states Rohir. Ultimate in consultation, skills diversity and adaptability to meet client expectations are his strengths. Building one-of-a-kind websites to boost business and create corporate identity is his job. He helps in website designing, web applications, Linux and windows web hosting, domain registration, corporate email hosting, bulk SMS and cloud telephony solutions, search engine optimisation, website maintenance, mobile apps development & graphic designing. rSharing his vision for the future, this ambitious Goan youth (a product of Almeida High School and Saraswati Higher Secondary School, who did BCA from Don Bosco College and PGDCA at Smt Parvatibai Chowgule College), affirms:r “Third Eye Technologies want to be the world’s most and best sought after firm for custom web design and mobile application development. We wish to provide our clients with reliable, superior web development, software at a cost-effective price while making the developmental process, an enjoyable experience for the clients as well as employees.” rThe IT boom worldwide has provided ample growth for developing countries having potential. India is a young nation and the proposed IT Park in our own little state has opened avenues for the local youth. Rohir feels, one need not leave his/her hometown in search of opportunities. Career and jobs are knocking at our doorstep. rThe government is taking positive steps in encouraging new entrants, enterprises and start-ups. Rohir Naik is an example. rAdmitting that CyberAge scheme of Goa govt was of great help in his formative years, Rohir shares positively, “Having access to computers in young age created an interest in me to explore. An introvert, I got a direction. My inclination towards IT grew with age, compelling me to sketch my career in it. Believe me, there are so many middle-class lads like me out there fighting their own battles, yet dreaming to conquer the world. I want to tell them - be persistent, chase your dreams and reach your goal.”
