Clube Tennis de Gaspar Dias, Goa’s first tennis club has partnered with the Goa Table Tennis Association (GTTA) to organize the Clube Tennis de Gaspar Dias TT Championship 2017. The state level ranking tournament which is one of the few of its kind in the state will be held at the Polygon Hall from June 26 to July 2.  
The event will be an annual fixture on the state’s sports calendar with the Clube Tennis de Gaspar Dias TT Championship slated to be held in June each year. The Clube TT Championship will see accomplished table tennis players battle it out at the Polygon Hall as the Goan sports fraternity and table tennis fans will get a chance to witness sporting action every evening. Matches will be scheduled between 4pm and 10pm in the evening.
The tournament includes 13 categories – Under 10 (Mini Cadets Girls and Boys), Under 12 (Cadet Girls and Boys), Under 16 (Sub Junior Girls and Boys), Under 18 (Junior Girls and Boys) Men’s Singles, Ladies Singles, Veteran Singles (Above 40 ), Veteran Singles (Above 50) and Veteran Singles (Above 60).  This year two new categories have been introduced Under -10 Mini Cadets Girls and Under -10 Mini Cadets Boys so as to give the young kids the experience of playing in a tournament to be better prepared for the future.  
Registrations in the various categories are now open. Registration forms are available at the Clube Tennis De Gasper Dias office and on the website.
