Having opened ‘Vishw Creations - Services Unlimited’ near South Goa Collectorate, Margao which offers alll allied services needed by his customers under one roof, its proprietor Vishwas Baburao Naik tells THE GOAN about the scope, nature of his business and his future plans
TG: What is the range of services offered at Vishw Creations - Services Unlimited?
VN: The list of services offered at our new venture includes Xerox, jumbo xerox, advertising, designing, PAN Card services, digital printing, T-shirt and mug printing, laminations, spiral/comb binding, U Cards, ID Cards, invitation Cards, T-shirt and caps.
TG: What is your experience in this field?
VN: I used to relegate these jobs to other establishments in Panaji. Frequent inquiries of allied services from my customers made up my mind to enter into this field.
TG: What is the customer profile visiting your establishment?
VN: I deal with all types of customers. For instance, an Aadhaar Card is the requirement of all. Most of the people prefer to laminate the zerox of the card and keep the original card at home.
TG: How many machines have been installed here?
VN: Four big machines. One which handles Jumbo xerox, two b/w xerox, 1 (colour) digital printing machine. Besides, other smaller machines - from creasing, perforation to T-shirt and mug printing. Three of my staff man my new venture.
TG: Whom do you attribute your success in business?
VN: I am indebted to joint proprietor and partner of Lily & Lilac (florist shop) Prashant Naik who got me into this business. He is my guru. While I started my advertising agency ‘Intergraphix’ in the year 1999, I have a rich experience of more than 22 years in the advertising field, by being with Prashant much earlier. I have also received wholehearted support from all my clients.
TG: What are your future plans?
VN: I may also opt for flex printing machine.
