Salman Khan acquitted from his 1998 case

On Wednesday 18 January, Bollywood actor Salman Khan was acquitted by a court in Jodhpur for his case related to the alleged poaching of two black bucks 18 years ago. Twitter took to congratulating the actor for his verdict as his fans, well-wishers and industry colleagues piled in their wishes and congratulatory remarks. The case which lasted for 18 years created a lot of anticipation among his fans who are now glad that their 'Bhai' is free and safe. While some are still miffed with the verdict and are tweeting their disapproval, the larger majority on Twitter is please with the outcome and is expressing their joy through happy tweets. This was one of the three cases against Salman Khan. He himself tweeted expressing his gratefulness towards his fans and family for supporting him and his movies through the hard times.
