According to Bicholim PI Narayan Chimulkar, Satish Parwar was reported missing since Monday morning and his family members and others conducted search operations. The body was later found below a local culvert.
PI Chimulkar said they suspect foul play in the case, even though the case has been initially registered as unnatural death. “The future course of action will be decided after a post-mortem report is received,” he said.
