Roman Abramovich is responsible for many things. Some hold him accountable for the massive money deals that they claim is ruining football in England, while others (Chelsea fans mostly), love him for elevating their club to becoming one of the best in the world. Roman is also responsible for one other thing, something that occurred this New Year’s Eve.
