Law student feted for presentation
PANAJI: GR Kare College of Law, Margao, has congratulated Scarlett Dias of 4th year BA Llb for participating and presenting an original paper titled: 'Natural Law and the Emergence of Human Rights,' at the University of Lisbon School of Law international conference which was held on Novemebr 24 and 25.
She was the only undergraduate student and the only participant of Asian origin to have been invited to present a paper at this conference. The other 25 invitees included university professors and PhD researchers from various universities all over the world including those from Portugal, Vienna, Italy Greece, Germany, UK, Brazil and Angola.
