Atmanya Projects has launched tree house bungalows in a project called ‘Amoravida’ at Dhargal. The site of the project is just 15 minutes drive away from where the Mopa airport is expected to come up. The tree house bungalows are built on stilts and connected by floating sky walk.

Uttam Dave, partner, Atmanya Projects, said, “We wanted to build an ecologically sensitive project and that’s why we chose to build on stilts. Doing this, we have not constructed on the ground and therefore our project does not come in the way of plant and animal life.”

Typically, builders don’t go that far in northern part of Goa to build premium projects. When asked why Atmanya Projects chose Dhargal as a location, Dave replied, “The site is fantastic. It is on the backwaters of Chapora river. It also has amazing flora and fauna.”

The project overall has just 15 tree house bungalows. Dave also informed that each bungalow has an area of 3,600 square feet and is priced at Rs 3 crore. He continued, “Our cost of construction is 45% more than conventional real estate because ours is an ecologically sensitive project. But, we are keeping the price 10% lesser than comparable real estate.”
