The case, which was filed back in May, challenging the closure report filed by the Goa Police in the inquiry into the mysterious death of Bismarque Dias came up for arguments on Wednesday.
Advocates for the petitioner SS Kantak sought to poke holes in the closure report filed by the police in an attempt to point to a shoddy investigation on the part of the police.
The court then sought to know why only an incomplete report was put
before it and asked the government to place all the documents before next week, when the case will be
heard next.
